L1: The ground floor is where the fun begins w/pool table, ping pong, foosball tables & TV, access to family room adjacent to the outdoor pool, hot tub & outdoor bar w/stereo, TV & half bath. There are nine BRs (Q, Q, D, D, D, Duo, Duo, T that is accessible through another Q), five full baths & a 60" wide screen TV, two custom bars, kitchenette & laundry room, the perfect set-up for kids of all ages. Pool is enclosed and completely private.

L2: Gourmet kitchen w/2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, icemaker, 3 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, a restaurant steamer, a 6-seat kitchen bar & 2 dining room tables w/seating for 32 people. There is a computer set-up with printer, fax and copier. There are three BRs (K, Q, Q) with views, two baths & a living room w/60" wide screen TV, stereo, DVD & expanded VHS video library.
