(Note from our realtor:) The listing agent for the 95 Bella Serra condo called me this morning and said that the sellers were anxious to negotiate, so tell Gloria that you just might be able to get that villa in the price range she wants to be in or at least real close :-)

They are willing to sell it turnkey and/or most of the furnishings. I told her that I didn't know what you guys might decide to do, but if you chose this unit the big clock would have to stay! ...lol...

he said that the developer was still involved with the project, which is good because that holds down the association fees and he plans on finishing the project once the economy gets better.
