The Big Crash of 2008

(and I don't mean the stock market crash!)

On New Year's Eve, Dec. 31, 2008, Kevin and his mom were flying over their house

when, all of a sudden, the engine quit and would not restart. Fortunately Kevin was

able to dodge any trees and power lines to make a fairly safe landing in one of the

fields. Nobody was hurt. If it weren't for the snow, the plane may not have dug in,

nosed into the ground and caused any damage. Good job, Kevin!
