Our villa is the left half of a two unit villa. Our HOA fees include basic cable, Internet, water, trash, sewer, snow (ugh) removal

and everything on the outside of the villas. No grass cutting, etc. We also have an 18x48 boat slip that comes with our villa.

Jerry & Diane Waller's condo is within walking distance

Steve & Kathy Miniex's house is roughly four miles away

Sharon & Charlie are probably 15 miles via road, 11 miles via the lake

We are on the right half of this two unit villa
