Zillow shows our property in a different location of Lake Ozark (which is a vacant lot at 57 Bay Hill Court).

Here is a snapshot where Zillow shows our property at $78,000. But you can see similar properties next to us.

Biggest boat slip (Slip #22 – 18 x 48).
Upper level (Garage takes you to the upper level. Lower level is an easy walkout to the dock).
    Master bedroom, two walk in closets, big bathroom, two separate vanities, large jetted tub, stand-alone shower.
    Kitchen, dining area, “great room”, laundry room,  half bath. Upper deck overlooking the cove and main channel.
Lower level
    Three bedrooms.
    Wet bar in lower level, including a dishwasher and a small refrigerator.
    Two full bathrooms
    Small storage area that includes water heater, water softener and wash tub.
Upper and lower decks screened in.
Upper deck has shades that can be lowered.
Easiest access to the dock.

    Two on upper deck.
