The pool is heated to 80F but spa is not. Four adults and two childrens bicycles have recently been purchased to make beach access easier. South County Park is only six blocks East and has full time life guards, picnic tables, and large clean bathrooms to make your beach experience wonderful. This property is truly one of the best vacation homes in the Vero Beach area.

The owner recently purchased a pontoon boat that can hold ten people. Use of the boat is included in rental price, or a $500 rent reduction will be given if boat is not used. Tenant is responsible for gas, oil and any damage caused by their party. There is a tow behind inner tube on the boat to provide family fun on the Indian River during your stay.
